Have you ever had to work with grown children? I have to on a daily basis. Working for a unnamed company I used to work in a dept that handled a different portion of repsponsibilty than another department. I got laid off and 6 months later I eneded up working in the other department. I was basically on top of things over there and people relied on me. Nothing's really changed in where I am now except on how a group of people they call "Leads" that are supposed to be some sort of leader in our group. However I've come to the conclusion ability and expertise has had nothing to do with them occupying these positions. In the nicest of terms I can only referr to them as a clique though I have much colorful words for some of them. While there are a few of them that are and act like professionals the rest are the most atagonistic group of people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Ask a question to them and it's like we've interrupted the most important thing in their life so you get a scarcastic answer or just told none of your business. Other times they talk to you like you're some kind of servant and it's beneath them to even be speaking to you. I've put up with this for nearly 2 years and I've come to the conclusion that the stress of my job is not from the work in itself. It's the fact that I know these guys are sitting behind that desk acting like they're working. There are usually 2 of them on duty at any given time and if they were actually working it would make our jobs that much easier for the rest of us. Obviously management is ignorant of the fact that these guys are not working. They get paid just as much or more to make me and the other 11 of my colleagues days as irritating as possible but they're only expected to do 1% of the actual work. Anywho that's all I really have to say on the matter. Nite all.

I'm going to talk about something but I never know what. You'll just have to see for yourself.
